Has he made any world class invention which will take India forward ?? Has he developed any patent?? Instead he had to struggle outside his home state of WB first to study and then to get job. It shows the serious crisis in WB regarding industry, jobs, exports, economy. I states WB because it used to be no.1 in late 60s but today it is not even in top20 states regarding gdp per capita. Next binarou state along with up/bihar. And regarding 45 year high unemployment it is the fault of indian as well as state governments that they have failed to bring in jobs. As simple as that. Also even during india's boom years of 2000-2010 decade when India grew 8% on average india's unemploymemt was still there and people used to talk about jobless growth. Fault is of indian governments who never focused on manufacturing and instead did short cuts by focusing on service sector only. They though they could avoid industrialization and directly jump from agriculture to services which proved to be disastrous step. Also various state governments like waste Bengal bihar, up, mp, odisha, chattisgarh, jharkhand, jandk, Punjab, northeast, Kerala have FAILED TO ATTRACT FDI because these state governments are more busy in freebie culture than improving infrastructure
I was once told abt this by my teacher, the diff is same as between technology and engineering. Engineering is getting things done, like finding a solution to a problem, whereas in tech, u find new ways to do same thing or new things. BE is more implementation and tech could be more concept which demand engineering solutions later on
