Show me in the Bible that penalty for unforgiveness is death? Where is it ? Matthew 6:14, won't work because its not on the jurisdiction of the person who was done wrong. If the penalty for unforigiveness is death then how did Joseph go going 17 long years with unforgiveness in heart before his father Joseph asked his father to forgive his brothers. If the penalty for unforgivness is death then the most high needs to be in that category too for thousands of people then.
