Snail rearing is an interesting enterprise. The set up here looks too elaborate for this to break even in 2 years....you don't even start to generate any revenue till 18 months....but you gotta spend all day everyday till that point... Hmmn! Then when you've sold them off, you rinse and repeat....wait another 2 years.... Mbanu ooo...
Yes, the inital startup cost is high. But the maintenance costs aren't. It doesn't take much time to maintain the farm. In my opinion, catfish farming has comparable startup costs but you can harvest every 3 months.
