ആദ്യമായി നമ്മുടെ ഭാരതത്തിൻ്റെ പരമോന്നത കോടതിയായ സുപ്രിം കോടതി വിധി (അപ്പിലി ല്ല) അംഗീകരിച്ച് സമാന്തര ഭരണം നിർത്തണം. മേലിൽ എന്തെങ്കിലും അഭിപ്രായവ്യത്യാസ മുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ ഒരു മേശക്കു ചുറ്റും ഇരുന്ന് ചർച്ച ചെയ്ത് പരിഹരിക്കാം. വേണമെങ്കിൽ നിയമപരമായി 1934 ഭരണഘടനയിൽ മാറ്റം വരുത്തി 'പ്രശ്നം പരിഹരിക്കാം. നിങ്ങളുടെ 'പ്രശ്നം നിങ്ങൾ പരിഹരിക്കു 1934 ലെ ഭരണഘടന പ്രകാരം. അതിനർത്ഥം നിങ്ങൾ മേലിൽ കോടതി കയറരുത്. അത് നിങ്ങളുടെ ശേഷ്ഠമായ മതത്തിന് അപമാനമാണന്നാണ് കോടതി പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നത്.

ഇന്ത്യാ രാജ്യത്തിൻ്റെപരമോന്നത കോടതിയായ സുപ്രിം കോടതി വിധിച്ച വിധി രാജ്യത്തിൻ്റെ നിയമം ആണ്. ഈ വിധിക്കെതിരെ അപ്പീൽ ഇല്ല. കാരണം, സുപ്രിം സുപ്രീം കൊടതിക്കു മുകളിൽ കോടതിയില്ല. പകരം ഈ വിധിയിൽ എന്തെങ്കിലും തെറ്റുപറ്റിയിട്ടുണ്ടങ്കിൽ രുത് തിരുത്തി കിട്ടണം അതിനു അപേക്ഷ കൊടുത്തു. പരിശോധിച്ചു. തെറ്റ് പറ്റിയിട്ടില്ല എന്നു ഉറപ്പുവരുത്തി. പിശക് ഒന്നും സംഭവിച്ചിട്ടില്ല എന്നുറപ്പു വരുത്തി കഴിഞ്ഞു. പിന്നീട് ഹർജിയുമായി സുപ്രിം കോടതിയിൽ ചെന്നപ്പോൾ സുപ്രിം കോടതി 25,000 രൂപ പിഴയടച്ചു കോടതിയുടെ സമയം പാഴായി കളഞതിന്. ഇനിയും കോടതി മുഖേന പരിഹാരം ഇല്ല. പിന്നെന്തു പരിഹാരം? നിയമ നിർമാണം എങ്ങനെ Gort. നടത്തും ? സുപ്രീം കൊടതി വിധി എതിരായാൽ എങ്ങനെ ഒരു ജനാധിപത്യ സർക്കാർ കോടതി വിധി അസാധു ആക്കും നിയമ പരമായി? ജയിച്ച കക്ഷികൾ അവിടെ മിണ്ടാതിരിക്കുമോ?.

When there is a property disputes between two persons and mediation failed they approached Court of Law.Then both should accept the court verdict. But Tirumeni and group not accepting the verdict. Instead of that Tirumeni is telling that Government Change the law and enact a new Law. O that they can escape from the Court verdict.

Fr.Thomas was Consercated as Thomas Mor Dyanasious and Posted as ANGAMALY Dioscese Metropolitan .Another priest Perumpalli Gheevafgheese Kathanar was also Consercated as Gheevafgheese Mor Greegorios. Using these two Metran and one Paulose Mor Pilexinos of Malankara Orthodox suriyani Sabha Patriarch Yakoob 3rd rejuvenated the Second Yakobaya Suriyani Sabha and run a parallel Administration in Malankara Orthodox suriyani Sabha. The Supreme Court on 3rdJuly 2017 issued an order that there is only one sabha that is Malankara Orthodox Suriyani Sabha and the sabha should be governed by 1934Constitution. All the chrches are to be administrard by 1934Constitution. But Joseph Mor Gregorios wanted to Split the Sabha in to two by getting leagal validity to the DISSIDENT Malankara Orthodox Suriyani Sabha (Caling Malankara Jakobaya Suriyani Orthodox Sabha) So all the Malankara Makkal Should think who distoyed the Peace in Malankara Sabha?
