Yay! It’s great to see you again Nikki! I absolutely LOVE cheesecake. It is my absolute favorite dessert. With Texas summers, I’ll often make a no bake version substituting vanilla pudding mix with the eggs. I always make a double batch of the graham cracker crust with xtra butter cause I love it. I’ve eaten an entire cheesecake in one sitting, more than once.
Im happy to see you too :D im going to try the no bake one, this sounds good. And extra butter is always good, i sometimes add too much and the crust comes put like graham cracker cookie dough but its so tasty 😋
