If an animal is "uncomfortable" with a costume or "entertaining", "performing" etc. You'll know! Most people don't "Take advantage" of animals! We just hear a lot of bad news!

You've never met my cat. You have no idea what she likes and what she doesn't. I clearly saw one cat in this video that seemed completely unbothered by the costumes, showed zero discomfort, yet you claim cruelty? Why on earth is it okay to do it to dogs but not cats? Ok, you are correct. If the animal shows discomfort stop dressing it up. Now either I cannot tell what a cat in discomfort looks like, or, a cat (or dog) that refuses to move, walk, constantly falls over is happy about the situation it is in. Which is why I believe that the animals (cat or dog, sorry, you are right about that one) that act that way are NOT happy about being dressed up, and it THOSE animals I am talking about. I apologise for not being clear about what I meant specifically. And you are absolutely right, I don't know your cat and so cannot know what she likes, so if she enjoys her wings the way you say she does then I say let her enjoy them to her hearts content. I just really don't like when people dress their pets, watch them fall over, refuse to move or actively try to get out of the clothing (so clearly not having fun), laugh at the pet's reaction, but then get upset if the pet damages the clothing while trying to escape it and don't act like other animals they see online who actually enjoy wearing clothing. The difference between their pet and those online is that those online, for the most part, have probably slowly been introduced to the clothing so that when they are eventually dressed up, the are not freaked out by the clothing, instead of just being put into clothes that they never had a chance to acclimate to, and therefore not be afraid of them (the clothes I mean). After watching an episode from the cat whisperer guy and it's the dog or me, dressing up animals is not always a good idea. The pets became violent and attacked the owners.
People that treat their animals like toys, dressing them up in ridiculously stupid costumes to humiliate them online, shouldn't be allowed to have pets.
Those outfits can be dangerous and uncomfortable to other animals. They should be asked if they want to entertain you humans first! Treat the other animals with respect.
