Lucifer is a brilliant exploration of redemption and the complexities of human emotion wrapped in a devilishly charming package. The character development is nothing short of mesmerizing-Lucifer’s journey from the self-indulgent ruler of Hell to a compassionate being striving for goodness is a testament to the show's depth. Chloe’s unwavering strength and vulnerability create a perfect counterbalance, making their dynamic electric. The blend of humor, drama, and philosophical musings on free will versus destiny keeps me hooked. It’s not just a show about the Devil; it’s a profound commentary on love, identity, and the eternal quest for belonging
@@josephncube9379 How does that even respond to my comment? What I'm saying is that if the Devil exists, their name would not be Lucifer, as that name, (and the fallen angel story) was created in the King James days and is nowhere to be found in the Bible.
The show got progressively worse at it told a great story throughout. Just glad it ended with Lucifer as Hell’s Redeemer and Therapist. That was just perfect
@@KutsugeMindUrmoks I dont know about that. Netflix had to pick up the pieces of fox who had no intentions of finishing the story after season 3. Plot holes that was there since season 2 or even 1 netflix tried really hard to finish the show in a better light for the fans. Season 5 was supposed to be the final season as well
@@KutsugeMindUrmoksyea that last episode was shockingly solid compared to the rest of the season, kind of wish the entirety of the last season was like that, but hey at least it ended well. Most shows end even worse

My eldest brother and i followed this show RELIGIOUSLY, it sucked in so many ways but i loved it a lot The last seasons were very flimsy tho I was particularly a fan of how they managed the "Will they won't they" between Chloe and Lucifer dabbled very interestingly in a genuine question about free will
2:00 Amenadiel did not steals Luci wings , Maze cut them and he keep them in a container and they got stolen by some thieves ( correct me if i am wrong but thats what i remember)
the theft of Lucifer's container(that held his wings hidden) was influenced by Amenadiel, that's why Lucifer burned his wings in front of him while confronting him about it.
The most entertaining show I've ever watched, I don't understand how people can lose interest after season 3 or 4 especially knowing the diverse concept of divinity powers. It would of been awesome if Chloe developed her own devil face and or red wings! None the less, this show was badass.
I like the show, but the time loop thing ending in both Lucifer and Chloe acting as therapists for Hitler and Stalin till the end of time is bloody depressing.
Thank you for this recap. I made it to the last ten episodes and could not finish. For me it lost some of the initial fun that it had at the beginning of the series. Now I know how it ended. Great recap as always.
unpopular opinion here... Lucifer had massive potential, and it was very entertaining at times. Ultimately, bad acting (my opinion) and horrible writing tanked it. It was canceled in 2018 due to low ratings and thin budget. Netflix saved it, but they had to wrap it up in 2 seasons I believe. Tom Ellis as Lucifer, decent acting, and talented. Everyone else really sucked, especially Chloe. GOD she was a terrible actor in that show. Tom Welling as Cain was good, and Brianna H as Rory was alright though short lived. Tim Omundson was awesome as usual though he was more of a day player, but everyone else sucked, like BAD. The writers either lost their mojo or they got swapped out frequently. Overall, the show just lacked talent and decent writing material. It was too busy virtue signaling instead of focusing on entertaining for the long haul.
I will say, this is probably one of the better DC live action art works after the dark Knight series fcourse. And the funniest part is, if you arent really into the supernatural stuff that comics offer, you are fine for like the first 3 seasons. Just like the dark night Trilogy the first three are fine if you are not into the supernatural. I will say joker is a strong contender which incidently is also hardly a comic movie.
It’s actually a good show, kinda like a good book I couldn’t put down. I’m a Christian and was a bit put off with the premise. I couldn’t stop watching, I loved how they made them like a family. As if God forsaken his son Satan, he is basically the prodigal son and runs away upset at him for casting him out of heaven. At the end of the day, they all love each other and as a complicated family who get it together at the end. That could be how it is in real life but at the end of the day, we all have to submit under God at the end of the day. No matter what, even the devil has to submit under God. We all do. 😊
As a Christian, they mentioned everybody but Jesus, the devil is the new god? Eve came back to have sex with Satan but no Jesus, Michael, the literal wrath of God, petty and envious, God retiring? On top of humanizing the devil? Ig from strictly a writing standpoint, maybe it isn’t that bad, but it’s hard for me to feel like this isn’t more blatant Hollywood blasphemy
No just mazikeen never experienced emotions before. She's a demon, not a human. So by saying "experiences the HUMAN emotion" is saying a demon is experiencing our emotions for the first time.
I left the show in season 4, to many signs that will be cancelled without a good conclusion, but I'm glad they persevered and got a very good ending!! They cut Trixie character of the show?
Late by 3 weeks and you probably know the answer but I'll answer anyways SPOILERS!!! Trixie was still in the show all throughout until the ending but she really didn't get any major plot points by herself. If I'm not wrong, all characters are given their own plot points, like Eve being in love with Maze, Linda’s own story with her lost daughter, and etc. However, Trixie doesn't get her own story at all, she is used more like a "tool", let me explain. In season 1 Trixie was known as the adorable child of Chloe that loves chocolate cake which eventually he gets kidnapped by Malcolm, she didn't have her own story she was used as someone Chloe and Lucifer needed to save. For season 2-4 I think she really didn't get her own story aswell aside from a few scenes only that builds up Chloe and Lucifer’s character. In season 5 she didn't get much aswell but she was used again as the "emotional expression" for Dan‘s death and once again Lucifer and Chloe’s relationship. Finally at season 6, she again didn't get her own story but she had a big part in it for Dan’s storyline, at like the 2nd to the last episode it was revealed that Trixie was the key to Dan’s guilt. In conclusion, Trixie was used more as a tool, key, or as a support to an already existing plot point but she herself doesn't get any major plot points so no she is not cut from the show she just isn't utilized.
Never forget how bad the ending was for me What should have happened is Lucifer self acutalized as a human and lived the rest of his life with her and in the very end they both go to Heaven together.
This reminded me how some TV Shows are just better than others... or ~I wanted to use other words... "Not all TV shows are the same" ~or something... (I mean I don`t wanna type it "too big" I am authority on >nothing
I think I will watch a few recaps for shows I can't get to watch, the title LUCIFA is a bit misleading if it's wrapped up in a procedural. Or it's a weaker version of supernatural.
