A very good review. I saw this a few months ago and really enjoyed it. The actor playing the defence barrister - I think I may have seen the same one - didn't quite match up to Charles Laughton's magisterial and amusing performance in the famous film version of the 1950s, but was still very good. (In that version the wife was played by Marlene Dietrich - also hard to top.) Where you sit might be relevant - the closer to the action the better. I wouldn't like to be in the public gallery way up in the gods.

@@paulwebbiweb Charles Laughton was a fabulous actor. I agree it’s best to be close to the action. Row C 67X had a brilliant view.
