  • Waiting is never easy…but is God ever really late?
You might feel tempted (while waiting) to shift your focus to something less than God’s best for you. Peter, Jesus’ disciple, faced that very temptation more than once.
The good news: There is always grace. And God is so kind in the way He persistently brings you back to His promises for the life you’re really hoping for.
So remember during those foggy, sunless days when it seems God has abandoned and forgotten you: He hasn’t.
Learn why He will never fail to keep His Word when you join Bayless for this impactful message, "Is God Ever Late?"

How can the Messiah sit on David's throne if He died the death of the cross/ remained dead? Surely this is what Peter thought: So it's no wonder why Peter went back to fishing. They didn't believe Jesus would rise from the dead.

"Now I say that Jesus Christ was a minister of the circumcision for the truth of God, to confirm the promises made unto the fathers:" Romans 15:8, Ephesians 2:12 reveals why the new creatures Covenant is based upon greater promises. If you operate under the law and fail to grasp by whom faith comes you will wait instead of possessing the need grace by faith says YOU HAVE IT " NOW FAITH IS.
Pentecost is the wait for Jesus was leading them unto For only then could they live a life of faith. But under the law being shut up unto the faith reveals why the wait. Faith says you have the desire you prayed Mark 11:23-24. Faith says you have if you believe. Waiting means you don't have the desire you prayed but if you believe you shall have.

Thank you Pastor for the great lesson. I had surely read the Bible on the part where Jesus invited the disciples for breakfast but up until today I had not grasped the lesson of humility and service to others that Jesus sets here for us all.

Your comment about Jesus "half" brothers and sisters at 22:55 is incorrect. Just think about it: Isaiah 7:14 Mathew 1:18-25
lastly how old more or less was Mary when the Arcangel Gabriel appeared to her in the Annunciation? So Jesus's older half brothers and sisters would have been conceived by Mary when she was 7 years old? That would be 7 years enough time for those brothers to have been experienced enough to teach anything to the Creator or All things their little brother Jesús. I know and accept you don't believe God is God enough to have used Mary only as the sacred vase of Grace where He chose to become human like us but also do not alter her state as The Virgin as Isaiah wrote. Is a Virgin still Virgin after the child is born? Or is she after the first week of pregnancy? Why then did Isaiah wrote All right then, the Lord himself will give you the sign. Look! The virgin will conceive a child! She will give birth to a son and will call him Immanuel?
Can a Virgin still be virgin after she conceived? Then why was Mary called the Virgin before the birth of Jesus but after she conceived?
Is it possible for God to do this miracle too? Or is Mary the only human where God's power is limited?
The God I believe has no limits and nothing is impossible for Him. I was sentensed to die according to many doctors but He brought me back but not just did it. He talked to me and told me what He was going to do but He told me I had to be patient and be at peace while He did it. I found your

Hello Friend, thanks for your comment! Pastor Bayless is saying here that Jesus learned to take care of His younger siblings by experience ("The older ones took care of the younger ones"). There is no question that Mary was a virgin when she conceived our Savior. We hope this helps to clarify this part of the sermon. God bless! -Team BC
