This is pure Gold this info , it works when I put my shoulder down It opens up the body mechanics , works on short pitches all shots .. I like the control factor so these half and three quarter swings I’m doing . Love the outlook of this way of getting the swing completed very natural . On today’s 9 iron pitching and near to full shots with most of the grass ball imprints were between 3 groves up to 7 a groves up 😃love looking at my groves imprints , majority there is a few on the second grove but I was pitching out of semi rough . This left shoulder down then right shoulder down feels like it’s picking the lock of the golf swing with sweet crispy contact . Exciting stuff when you can pick that lock on the regular, really helps the low point forward . I’m taking heed of your principles and seeing much improvement . I mimic your beautiful Swing . I feel like a can’t miss I’m so confident right now . This shoulder down and straights arms are my two main swing thoughts and hands in Tracing a circle , the left shoulder down helps the rotation circle of the shoulders . This Stack n Tilt is a thing of beauty I feel this is the winning hand and real genuine correct knowledge of how golf is supposed to be played . This punchy controlled style is well said above 👏 good way of putting it definitely the way forward Thank you Jess your one of the best coaches on Utube by far👌👏 🙌
Jess, I've been working on S&T. I used this instruction yesterday at the range. I went from hitting only a few good shot last week, to hitting almost every shot great this week. These three fundamentals are the key! Weight forward, arms straight, elbows tucked in, shift forward on downswing. BOOM! I learned to have a shorter backswing and am hitting the shots further and straight! I appreciate your videos and thank you very much!
I am a disabled Iraq veteran who used to be a 5 HCP. I am now at a 10 HCP and with your video's my ball striking has been lights out. Age is creeping in and I'm losing club speed but these simple tips are going to transform my game and perhaps get me back to a 5 HCP or better (still have to put the ball in the hole).
I watch a lot of these types of videos. They are entertaining and I learn some. However, I believe I actually learn the most from your videos. Great communicator and the exact right level of depth each time. Well done.
Jess, you should have a few hundred thousands subscribers because you cut to the chase, show the required essential swing moves and demonstrate nicely. I keep thinking that I need to come back for more personal lessons but I find my game is still improving from my initial lesson. All I can say to anyone reading this is : Do what he says, it works. 👍
Taking an on line lesson with Eric Cogorno. These 3 things are in line with to keep my arms straight. 20 strokes in 20 days is my goal. I’d be happy with 10 strokes.
Hey Jim you’re in great hands with Eric for sure make sure you tell him I say hello:)) and yes I have a ton of videos on how to keep your arms straight :)
Hi Jess, recently found you on one of Tom Saguto's videos and just today started watching you. I totally agree that you can drop 20 strokes by using this method. I played last Thursday and totally was frustrated with my ball striking. I decided to switch to S&T and really without practicing played yesterday (Wednesday) and my score was 90, which is usually my target score each time I play. My question is my miss is a pull to the left which is a major reason I am losing strokes. It is not only my driver but every other club in my bag. What would you suggest that I could do to cure this problem. There is no turning back I am committed to this method and hope to see my scores routinely in the 80's
Hi Jess, I love the Stack and Tilt method, but sometimes i pull the ball with the irons and if not a pull it can be a straight left shot even though i am square to the target?
I have been doing this for about 6 months now. And it works really well for me up to about my 7 iron. Once I get into long irons I can’t seem to help but get too steep and hit high on the face. With a slightly wider stance and feeling so much weight forward it feels like I’m hitting too down on the ball and the the only remedy for me is to abandon the weight forward on the longer clubs. Any ideas? Obviously hard to know without seeing my swing…. But perhaps this is a common fault?
I had this exact problem, had to learn to jus push the left hip forward an inch or so instead of tilting my chest to the left. Was way to steep on one cubs until I moved the weight forward with my hips instead of shoulders and upper body.
This is a very helpful lesson. That said, you should demonstrate by hitting the ball off the ground, like almost all iron shots are hit. In that way, we can see you hit the ball first, then divot. Just sayin'
Yeah I hear you but it’s the demonstration that counts. Putting the ball on a tee let’s you focus on the motion:) I highly recommend for most golfers :)
@@JessFrankGolfAcademyBocaRaton Yes. He has a valid question and you have a good answer. May I add that after we've "got the motion down", we can transition to hitting it on the ground. Good video indeed.
Another great lesson. Thanks Jess
Thank you sir!!
Wow thanks Jess. I golfed Monday after working on this exercise, and I didn’t drop 20 strokes yet, but I dropped 10 LOL. Thank you.
Fantastic 10 is great!!!

Fantastic Lewis! Great to hear! Thank you!
Jesse, good video. Concerned about driver and the tee height?
I like to tee the driver lower

Phenomenal Pete! Great to hear your success! Thank you for your service:)
The tilt you teach is missing link I’ve been searching for the last sixty years. At 78 this old dog is still trying to get it right.
Awesome! The Tilt is where it is!
Guys - this is some really, really good advice! Jess walks the talk - well hits the ball and it sings!
Thank you Marc !
Hey Jesse, is it the concept on the driver? I know you tee it up, and I have been teeing the ball lower as well.
That’s great!
So it is the same swing as the save 20 strokes video?
#1 #2 #3 ... EASY to remember , thank you for the great advice, Jess!!!
Yes sir!!!!

This is the perfect tip for me. I’ve struggled trying to fix these 3 things one at a time. I put these 3 together and I’m crushing the strike. Thanks!
Phenomenal Mike!!
Another very helpful video Jess. So easy to remember. You are one of the best golf instructors on You Tube !! Thanks so much.
Thank you Elizabeth I appreciate it!
Great to the point.
Practiced this several times.
Dropped 8 shots last 3 rounds consistently.
Phenomenal!
These 3 steps have really improved my game👍🏻 Do you do these with driver also? Thx.
Awesome Mike! I do these 3 steps with all golf clubs:)
Appreciate all your videos Jess. Thanks for sharing.
Yes sir!
Thank you so much Jess awesome 👍
Yes sir!
Thank you Frank another great video
Thank you Barry!
Really easy to follow and great advice.
Thank you!
Great video. I will definitely try this at my next range session.
Awesome!

I would have to see your swing. I do online lessons:)
With weight fwd is it your hips pushing weight forward with upper body slightly back😊
Yes sir!
Thanks for the tip! In the down swing, are you essentially pushing off of the front foot towards the target, or does that happen naturally?
The weight is moving lateral and then pivoting around the left leg :)
Hi Jess, I love the Stack and Tilt method, but sometimes i pull the ball with the irons and if not a pull it can be a straight left shot even though i am square to the target?
Hey Dennis I do online lessons because it could be club face

You are probably putting the upper center too far forward I am talking lower center weight forward
I had this exact problem, had to learn to jus push the left hip forward an inch or so instead of tilting my chest to the left. Was way to steep on one cubs until I moved the weight forward with my hips instead of shoulders and upper body.

Jess, 1st time seeing this Video-GOLD, will work on this b4 my next lesson…. You are the Best!🏌🏽♂️👍👍
Awesome Marc!!!!
Looks doable but your video seems to be on short swings. What does the full swing look like?
You are building to a full swing
Hi Jess thank you for this this is like " 90 90 90 Arms straight" on Steroids🤣
