Been diving into Autopilot/Intune (or shall we just call it Microsoft Endpoint Management?) this past 2 weeks, your videos already helped me out alot. Thanks for that. First time I get pointed on the conflict between LoB apps and Win32 when enrolling devices, very good to know! Keep up the great work, I'm already subbed and I hope you receive alot more subs.
Just a note on the 8GB limit, this can be increased if required, you just need to submit a support request to MS and ask for it. Only installer I’ve heard of needing this was Autocad.
Just a friendly update that now Windows application size is capped at 30 GB per app. - All 'paid' tenants will have a Win32 upload limit of 30 gigabytes per app. - Unpaid/trial/free tenants will remain at 8 gigabytes per app.
great video - thank you! hey, a question for you: I want to install this everywhere, but just to prevent the mixing of application install types issue with Autopilot, I want this deployed separate from that - any thoughts on how to best achieve that?

How to add apps inbuilt once the device gets enrolled? Like when you are done the autopilot process apps should be pushed from the autopilot profile automatically you know?
Hi Dean. What would be your suggested approach for Installing Office 365 and Win32 apps? As it says they shouldn't be mixed sometimes it works fine, sometimes it doesn't finish for hours and then eventually fail. I ended up to push Win32 apps to all devices and make Office 365 available in Company portal, but Ideal would be to have it pushed so users do as little intervention as possible? Is that achievable somehow? Thank you.
@@theCMC no I haven’t as I thought that when is deployed as LoB application users will get the latest version rather than me setting up reminder to do it every 3months or so. I assume you packaged the file using the tool I showed? If that’s the case, make sure the exe is in the root of the folder you targeted, or the path you’ve set in the setup command line on Intune is correct.
I have a small issue right now. I would like to install a "custom" Teamviewer Host as an Autopilot app. That means a Teamviewer Host with Company Branding that signs in the Device to the Teamviewer management console. Check the detection rules. If all else fails find a folder or file path created by the installation and use it to be looked for to see if installation is successful.
This is required by Apple to ensure that devices are enrolled to the correct MDM. Only a single Apple ID is required to configure enrolment. This is similar to Android, with a Google Enterprise account being required.

You could do that via a script, sure. Simple change the install command to do the uninstall first before the install.

Make sure you enter the correct return codes. That will determine what Intune is told when the installation finishes.

In CMD: "yourInstallerFile.exe /?" should give you a list of available command parameters.
