Veere, water damaged iphone se data nikalna ho jo iCloud pr nahi hai to sirf ek hi ilaaj hai. Koi friend dhundo jiski dukan ho repair ki, uske pass le jao generally in the water case sirf screen aur ek do sensor dead hote hai jo generally screen k saath hi aajate hai. To ya to screen change krwa lo or just ask your friend to use a screen for few minutes till you copy your data to your new phone and then sell the dead phone to your friend for parts 😄

Okay so for the phone ,
The issue would be 1. Logic board short circuit ho gaya hoga ( which is not good ) 2. Some rust would have formed over the pins in logic board .
I’d recommend going to a very well established iphone repair shop ( not like the ones on roads ) the one who can solder very tiny bits .
I personally don’t know if there is any in delhi but I’ll try to find one and ping you .
But yeah power button or volume down button click kar kar try karo fir apna don't know phone call ek dusre se connect kardo cabil say. Shayad Ho jayega
