CAIO Apache Vip da Viação Osasco
Apcahe Vip foi à primeira carroceria oficialmente desenvolvida pela CAIO Induscar, já que o Millennium e o Apache S21 foram projetos reaproveitados dos que seriam a atualização do Alpha e do Vitória pela antiga CAIO, antes de ser decretada a falência da empresa, em 1998.
O Apache Vip recebeu traços da primeira versão do Millennium, mas com um design inovador, corrigindo os vários defeitos apresentados no Millennium. Outra diferença entre as duas carrocerias, é que o Apache Vip foi desenvolvido para ser encaroçado sobre o chassi básico, embora tenhamos vários exemplos de Apache Vip encarroçados em chassis Padron e Articulado.
O Apache S21 continuou sendo produzido junto com o Apache Vip e chegou até a receber uma segunda versão, o Apache S22. Porém ele não teve muita aceitação e acabou saindo de linha.
No vídeo trago alguns dos Apache Vip da primeira geração que rodaram pela Viação Osasco, que opera linhas municipais de Osasco e Santana de Parnaíba e linhas intermunicipais da Área 2 da RMSP.
