Thank you for sharing your story Zully! I went through something very similar @ my last job which happen to be a Lash Lounge in Santa Monica, California! The Owner lived in Seattle and she had 1 manager running multiple locations, this manager was the worst manager that I have ever worked with. She not only disrespectful but she would micromanage all the lash artist, she would constantly criticize my work infant of my clients as I was lashing, I wanted to give up every single day and just walk out the door. I lasted 4 months there with her constantly in my ear and I just had it one day and didn't come back, I know I tried and did my best and my coworkers and clients would compliment my work but for some reason she was never happy with me or my work. Quitting was the best decision I ever made for myself and my sanity because @ the end of the day I do matter and I do value myself and know my worth even when others don't! Keep up the good work! There are better things to come out of this! 😘
WOW this is exactly how I felt! except I LOVED the girls and mangers lol but you know sometimes in life all you need is a little push from people who don't believe in you, in order for you to move on to greater things. I also believe that to be true for your life! so keep it going, keep pushing and keep believing! you've got this love! Thank you for sharing your story Zully! I went through something very similar @ my last job which happen to be a Lash Lounge in Santa Monica, California! The Owner lived in Seattle and she had 1 manager running multiple locations, this manager was the worst manager that I have ever worked with. She not only disrespectful but she would micromanage all the lash artist, she would constantly criticize my work infant of my clients as I was lashing, I wanted to give up every single day and just walk out the door. I lasted 4 months there with her constantly in my ear and I just had it one day and didn't come back, I know I tried and did my best and my coworkers and clients would compliment my work but for some reason she was never happy with me or my work. Quitting was the best decision I ever made for myself and my sanity because @ the end of the day I do matter and I do value myself and know my worth even when others don't! Keep up the good work! There are better things to come out of this! 😘
WOW this is exactly how I felt! except I LOVED the girls and mangers lol but you know sometimes in life all you need is a little push from people who don't believe in you, in order for you to move on to greater things. I also believe that to be true for your life! so keep it going, keep pushing and keep believing! you've got this love!

I promise not to:) I feel like this is one of the reasons I had to go through this. Because witnessing the very opposite made me truly realize what I DON’T want to be. Zully I know how to apply classics, volumes, and hybrids sets on the sponge. I got to tutorial 8 which was taping. I don’t know how to do fills, how to improving retention, or really anything past the taping techniques. Thank you so much u are such a wonderful teacher!
