  • In the Disney+ series, 'Loki,' the god of mischief is arrested for time crimes. This confirms there's a multiverse in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Are there real scientific theories behind this fictional multiverse? Professor Michio Kaku, a professor of theoretical physics, helps break down the MCU multiverse.

His description of an Einstein-Rosen bridge was "you take one funnel, take the other funnel upside down, join them together, and you have a bridge, connecting two parallel universes." Multiverses are fascinating. They exist, in my opinion, based on our choices. That's why Dr. Strange said In Avengers end game (I think ), "there are a million outcomes but none of them are favorable based on your responses". There are a million ways life can go based on our choices, there are a million alternatives, affecting our paths, hence the theoretical existence of multiverses and we are just living in one of many.

the tree theory makes sense too me,
I picture it as like the roots of the tree was before time was before existence they were all spread and they have all started somewhere without starting then they met in the middle to for the base of the tree, that’s where the chaos comes in.
It’s like the timelines in the middle of the tree kind of just leave each other because it’s easier to stray away and there’s the branches.
The branches off the branches could be something totally different like a spark in reality which kind of blows up and leaves us to start their own timeline.
I know it might not make sense buts that’s how I picture it which is why I love space and always seem to learn something off it which I would never think to ever exist.

Just remember the intro... It is all "theoretical"(a.k.a. they cannot prove ANY of their ideas).

Way I see it, it doesn't really matter whether there's a big multiverse or just this one reality, us humans still experience life the same as we always did. Who cares if we're small? I can still think and feel, but the largest of stars (as far as we know) cannot. We humans and our fellow creatures are special in that way, and I'm satisfied with that.

@@aj3910 no theoretical means they have proved it on paper using mathematics. It doesn't mean it can't be proven in real life. Like Einstein proved the existence of gravitational waves(* I think in 1916) on paper and the gravitational waves were detected in 2016 100 years later. So these things just haven't been discovered yet.

Hats off to this man, he explained everything so easily and simple, that even I (being a non-native english speaker and no physicist at all) could understand the whole idea of existing parallel universes.

They really got Michio Kaku and called the video "Theoretical Physicist..." That's like making a compilation of Michael Jordan's best plays and calling it "basketball man plays basketball"
EDIT: We did it bois! ft. Michio Kaku!!
