My Favourite Vegetable Stew | Vegetable Stew Recipe

I know we all have that meal that made our childhood memorable. For me, it's this vegetable stew. I remember I was always so excited after school whenever I saw my mom making it.
The recipe is quite simple and a bit different from the regular vegetable stews out there but trust me you will love it!
Ingredients
Vegetables: cucumber, carrots, tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, green beans
Pepper mix: ginger, garlic, onions, pepper
Oil
Curry powder
Tomato paste
Mackerel
Beef and beef stick
Seasoning cube
Nutmeg
