Lol listening to you talk about your back made me laugh. I was born in 86, maybe 5 or so years ago I was enjoying the evening with my wife. I bent over to induldge in something and got stuck there, in that position. Just like you said, no idea what happened or why, but the pain was immense. I just stayed there until after about 10-15 minutes I could for some reason move again. Joys of getting old.

Yo midb. I used to have pretty rough lower back problems. I started doing planks and sit ups 2 or 3 times a week and that fixed it. Haven't had the problems in years (other than the month I stopped doing the planks lol).

Bro, league is not a static game. Everything constantly changes. Camille sucked for a long time to the point where she almost completely stopped being picked toplane and her role basically shifted to support cause of hail of blades cheese and bloodsong being much cheaper and better sheen item.
