I am far away from Indonesia, and watched her singing when she was 7 years old already sang blues songs genre. Amazing with her heavy breathy voice.!! I was shocked. I have four daughters and I'm here after hearing Angelina sing at 8 years old. I'm concerned for her being ruined psychologically by pop culture. I can see elements of it here. My heart goes out for her and I hope and pray that she has someone to help her develop intellectually and spiritually. SoCal and showbiz is so shallow and empty. It's as though the whole industry is focused on how you appear and completely ignores what's deep inside.

Don’t let the industry side track you. Remember to practice on your vocals with any spare time. Your voice is still maturing…. Lift weights with your vocals. Don’t smoke, do drugs and you need to eat healthy. I say this advice because I respect all human beings and I tell the truth always!!!! I know it might be tough to sing all the time now that your popularity is sky high ….. so please remember to relax as much as u can and exercise those vocals whenever u can !

I think her mom and dad know how to be parents. She has been singing since she was approx. 6 years old and her grandma and parents have supported her, and are very hands-on. They have been careful not to throw her to the wolves and have let her grow up as a "normal" child and she seems to act appropriately for her age. She has slowly been honing her singing skills so if you haven't heard about her it's no surprise. She is very humble. She's raised money for many causes, too.. She said her grandma is her best friend.

Killing me softly Was the in-my-head song while I lived in Finland in the early 70’s. I’m Brown away by ANGELINA’S talent. Your abilty to present this, and the mash-up you did has me hooked. According to a post on one of the Facebook fan groups, it have been 15 songs: the ones from Kurbadhagen on the 10th, except of "Fly me to the moon", "Love on the brain", and "I have nothing"

---- Obviously there is the issue of Copyright. I presume you would be willing to provide any video copyrights royalty free to Angelina? The issue of live performances and copyrights can be complex. In the US, and I presume also in Norway, the live performance of US-registered music in a commercial or public area requires a license from the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP). One presumes Angelina's people already handled any of these copyright licensing issues. In the US, any recording of a live performance requires the permission of the performers. Unclear if same for Norway live performances. I have been to US live performances that video recording was restricted but audio recording was OK and taking pictures was OK. As stated earlier, copyrights are tricky, especially for covered songs. However, I am sure Angelina's people will have the answers as to whether or not any new video recordings of cover songs can be published on her TH-cam Channel. I would say that video of her live performance of Angelina's own songs, 7th Heaven and Million Miles, can be worked out, even if Republic Records has any of their fingers in the potential money pie. No idea what details exist in the contract Angelina signed with Republic. For example, a standard 360 recording contract would have Republic entitled to a percentage of earnings from all of an artist's revenue streams, rather than just recorded music sales. It would not shock me that the contract Angelina signed with Republic in August 2020 was some variation of a 360 deal

@Davide Rossi ---- As I said, copyrights can be complex, especially if you add in International performances. I am more familiar with US copyrights. I am not an expert in this area and would have to fallback to legal counsel if I wanted to distribute anything that is not completely controlled by me. The last big change to US copyright law occurred on my birthday🥳on October 11, 2018 when the Music Modernization Act (MMA) was signed into law:
-- MMA simplified licensing rules for digital music providers and created a new music licensing collective (MLC) that was supposed to take effect in 2021. The MLC acts as usage royalty collector from Spotify, Pandora, Soundcloud and other digital music providers (which should include TH-cam and other visually oriented entities). These providers are to pay the MLC for each use of a song and the MLC will accordingly compensate the song owners. The MLC will also identify copyrighted material embodied in sound recordings, locate the copyright owners of such material, administer copyright owners ownership claims, and assist with setting of royalty rates and terms
-- Prior to the MMA, pre-1972 sound recordings were protected under state laws, making them ineligible to collect the digital performance right granted to sound recordings in 1995. The MMA extends the public performance right to pre-1972 recordings, thereby requiring digital music providers to compensate those recording artists and song owners
-- Individuals who create sound recordings (producers, engineers, mixers) can now seek royalties directly from SoundExchange, rather than pursuing the sound recording artists and performers for the payment

---- Other things that changed within recent time was that under US copyright law, a work is protected for 95 years. So, in 2022, a worked published in 1926 or earlier, is in the public domain. This does not mean that one can never have copyrighted material that incorporates these works. ---- In 2019, the Supreme Court held that registration of a copyright is required as a condition of filing an infringement action. This is one reason why it is so hard for 3rd parties to publish copies of works produced by big entities such as major record labels. They have the bucks to register the copyrights and go after people. TH-cam's policy is to pulldown material when a copyright owner files a complaint for a particular work. And TH-cam is kept quite busy pulling down not authorized works
---- Virtually all music reactors like to quote Fair Use as a reason why they can effectively play a copyrighted work without paying royalties. However, Fair Use is a little more complex than that as many reactors discovered when TH-cam blocked one of their reaction videos. In brief, The four factors court judges consider to rule on whether or not Fair Use can be applied are:
-- the purpose and character of your use
-- the nature of the copyrighted work
-- the amount and substantiality of the portion taken, and
-- the effect of the use upon the potential market
In short, reactors who pause a lot and/or significantly alter the look of the original material and/or alter the audio of the original material are probably on safe grounds. But there are no guarantees if a big player who owns the copyrighted material wants to go after you. In general, the copyright owners typically are willing to give a blanket release without royalties as long as the original work is sufficiently altered. Businesswise, a reactor can be the equivalent of free advertising and drive sales of the high margin original works

---- Now back to anyone's recording of performances. In general,
-- your own recording is copyrighted
-- however, unless you own the works performed or they are under public domain, you potentially could owe royalties if you try to distribute (i.e., publish on TH-cam) your video without some agreement with the owners of the work. But since a new marshal is now in town to collect royalties for owners, it is safest to get a blanket release from the owners or truly alter the work. This new third party could become a pain, but it is still too new to know exactly what will happen. The easiest solution is that if you do not own the copyrights, then one cannot monetize its distribution. I think TH-cam has policies on monetization and owners of copyrighted works
-- however, each performer owns the copyright to their own performance (i.e., each band member owns his performance, the singer owns their performance, etc) and thus
technically one would need permission from each to be able to distribute your recording. This is usually not an issue unless your recording eats into royalties once you distribute it. As I related before, I have been to many performances where you were not allowed to record a video, but were allowed to record the audio and allowed to take pictures
-- however, a performance recorded professionally for distribution (i.e., a TV broadcast) is also copyrighted and thus cannot itself be distributed by another 3rd party without permission
-- it is always best to ask for and get permissions or, at a minimum, know what you have to do to avoid running afoul of copyrights

---- I know that Michael Astar, Angelina's uncle and manager, obtained a lawyer in 2020 to oversee Angelina's interests
---- I know that Republic Records has its own lawyers to oversee its interests
---- I can presume that Norwegian TV 2, Kurbadhagen and Kongsberg each had their own lawyers to protect their interests
---- I can presume that any digital media entity that would fall under MMA, has their own lawyers to protect their interests
---- And I like to presume that Angelina's team will do everything in their power to protect Angelina's interests
---- Unfortunately, in today's world, entertainment contracts can be fairly long and complex. I have seen some used by TV companies for those million dollar TV movies one can see on TV which were over 100 pages in length. The rights, who gets paid what and when, etc can get quite complex when dealing with multiple income streams across numerous media. The finished works can become quite valuable properties generating significant money over many, many years. When money gets involved, lawyers get involved and complexity follows
