Gotta say, Megan IS Catherine to me. Most actors, if you pay really close attention, you can pick up small flickers of moments where you can tell it's not authentic. With her, none. Zero. Nothing whatsoever. It's even more impressive because when actors speak with an accent different from their own, again, if you pay really close attention, you can hear it from time to time. She sounds like she's supposed to speak that way. I miss this show so much!
Toby regbo has such a beautiful soul. When you look into eyes you can see honesty and truth. His laughter is contagious and his smile is out of this world. He is a fantastic actor and anyone who acts with him is so very lucky. Not only getting the opportunity to do so, but being in his presence. I had just recently discovered this show and was so mad it took me so long. I have watched all the seasons about 4-5 times.... I love it. I honestly wish it had been stretched out longer and still on. I wanted to know where kenna went & ended up doing and Bash... I understand why it was done the way it was..but dang I WANT MORE... lol. These characters are amazing...now I'm looking them up individually and seeing what else they were & are in... Megan Follows I remwmber Anne of Green Gables.. Guest spots on Facts of Life, Law & Order, CSI Miami & Cold Case... Can't express enough how much I love this show

If you go to Charlottetown, PEI, Canada you will see people walking around in period costumes. It is amazing! It has Megan Follows as a young girl into her 20s I think. I started watching Reign because I found out that Megan Follows was playing the amazing Queen Catherine.
As an historian with a very good knowledge of the period and its events I was very sceptical at how loose the connexion to reality was. Hover, I found the characters so engaging an loved the plot. I was very soon hooked and have watched the whole series. Loved the costumes even though they were nothing like the period especially the men in leather trousers, much better than the short hose. The only ones I didn't care for were the ones that looked like nineteen twenties' flappers, too sloppy But a brilliant show, thank you so much, it kept me entertained for hours.
This is an A+ series!🤩 The acting, the plots, the drama are enthralling!!! My neighbor and dear friend binge watched it til 4AM so we could finally see Mary & Francis wed! It has perked my interest to read the book of Kings in the Bible and has made it come to life! 👏🤩😍🤗

Had to stop watching reign for a little bit after king francis (toby) died. I can’t take it, especially after the what I thought “he will live” part because he was revived. I thought it’s gonna be at least a happy ending 😂 I know he really died after their one year of marriage (in real life) but it’s just heartbreaking with this series esp. when you got used to them being together all the time 😪 I just wish that they’d show francis again after mary’s death being reunited together after a long wait together. At least make it a happy ending because it’s really heartbreaking 😂 I just wanna watch it over again and stop right before the episode where francis will die and just rewatch it over and over again 😂 skipping the death part
