這是五句密集瑪，較原偈頌多了禮讚金剛手菩薩的偈句。原本是四句式的禮讚偈頌，宗大師獻供其師仁達瓦（金剛手菩薩化身），之後仁達瓦大師即以此讚頌於宗大師。因仁達瓦大師與宗大師都被視為金剛手菩薩示現，所以該句通常不會特地表出。
