I’m on my 4th baby. If you call the hospital they can tell you what they will provide. I feel like when I was pregnant with my first baby I definitely went over board with packing. This baby I’m taking, phone, charger, 1 regular baby outfit, baby coming home outfit, 1 pacifier, 1 coming home outfit for myself, my toiletries a clip a scrunchy, shampoo and lotion for baby and a pack of depends.

I barely packed anything with my first, I’m actually bringing more things this time around because I know what to expect, and for my comfortability. The mesh underwear and pads from the hospital are horrible, they don’t provide adult diapers. So glad you are bringing your own. I’m trying out the Frida mom ones this time around. Definitely bring some cheap flip-flops to take a shower and throw out after , my first time I had no idea I could shower at the hospital, they give you soap, rag and towel, but I suggest bringing your own for comfortability. I don’t think you overpacked, but you will not need the breast pump or pillow. Congratulations 🥳

Congratulations! If your hospital doesn’t provide the ice packs, I would definitely bring the frida mom ones, they are amazing immediately postpartum. Wishing you lots of luck
