for those who are playing DV too, here's an advice from the bottom of my heart: when doing the Frozen Realm Quest "The Spirits of Nature", don't cook the soup before harvesting oregano and basil. just don't. I broke the quest and now I can't go any further. Here's the thing: I was doing the quest and Anna asked me for a stone soup. She said "oh, you can find the stones needed nearby but you will have to harvest oregano and basil somewhere else". Ok, I found the three stones needed for the soup, and then I thought "well, I have lots of basil and oregano at my home storage, so I don't have to go back to the village JUST to harvest one of each, right?". Then I just ignored this part of the quest and cooked the soup she asked. But then I realized: the quest was still asking me to harvest basil and oregano for the soup. So I picked one of each at the valley and then travelled back to Frozen Realm. At this point, the quest was asking me to finally cook the soup, but the soup was already cooked!! And there are just three rocks on the Realm, just the three you need for the soup. So I can't cook another soup because there are no more ingredients, and I can't give the soup to Anna because the game doesn't recognize the soup I cooked before harvesting the spices. Now I'm stuck because the game is dumb and I'm anxious :( no Elsa nor progress for me.
I made the soup before harvesting extra basil and oregano, but i ended up with an extra stone soup that can't be dropped, eaten or sold. I was able to complete the quest though. Finding where i was supposed to put the soup was the hard part.

I've put the extra soup in one of my chests; was the only way to get rid of it that I've found lol I usually craft chests to keep my items organized and categorized since my home storage isn't big enough, and I have a chest that I use for quest items.. The extra soup will live there forever now lol
Btw, if someone is in the same situation (cooked the soup before harvesting the spices and cannot pick up more rocks), just dig where the little lonely stones are. It worked for me. :) You cannot pick up more craggy rocks after picking three of them, but you can dig the spots where they are. 🙃
