such incidents can only be controlled by strict and on the spot punishments..like recently what happened in Saudi Arabia recently when a guy due to extreme over speeding killed 6 member of the family, and was given death penalty. Also, due to cameras on highways have also been so helpful in getting people to drive within the speed limit set and even in cities. In case of not adhering to it, there is a financial penalty which cost everyone a lot of money. Like every civilized nations, we must install state-of-the-art cameras that catches speed, and start fining people financially.. This is how people will start abiding by the laws. People in Pakistan consider law a mere joke and are proud to break them.............

so sad i think the law system in pak is not strong enuff. if these ppl who drink and kill ppl got life in prison like hr in uk,england the others will learn a lesson from it and get scared. and not drink and drive.but they know nothing is gona happen and they will get of just by bribing the police. RIP the poor kid who died. hope his family is ok and the little girls is doing ok.

The double standard is everywhere like when a black killed somebody especially white then law become harsh but on the other hand if white does it then they get the leverage .
