And considering that the Sacred Timeline is Kang the Conqueror's thing. The fact O.B. and Timely wrote the 2nd Edition of the TVA Guide means they are prescribing to Loki's multiversal Yggdrasil instead because it works. Meaning Timely stayed at the TVA and is hanging out with O.B. He would be working in the Repairs and Advancement Department along with O.B. Which is why it doesn't look as cluttered at the ending.
