There were some missed headshots with the Black Hammer but considering you were waiting on the Liturgy of Ruin, those missed shots were negligible at best. Excellent run and congrats to you. There was a point where the world record was14:50 with a team of fucking 6.

That went as close to perfect as I've ever seen. The only part where you good gain time is the at the sword bridge jump you can do it from the edge of the bridge. You don't have to jump up on the rocks for extra height.
Serious question: have you or anyone else considered applying for a slot at a GDQ marathon? I don't know much about the process to get in, but this being a really short run might help your chances of getting in.

To make it across to the other bridge part to kill the gatekeeper you do have too.
He also got stuck in the shrieker hallway too. Could shave a second or two there as well.
