I absolutely love the concept of each vampire being a soldier from different ethnicities/societies that are from different times of human society: The bald vampire appears to be carrying a Roman era weapon, probably a gladius, which could be a good indicator of how old the vampire is. The other looks like Genghis Khan or any nomad from Mongolic descent. The blonde one seems to be inspired in King Arthur or some kind of English Knight, the woman looks that can be inspired in the Queen Bathsheba.
@@Neyenn You did, I know! Good observation! Can’t wait for this game and to find out more about each of the main vampires. Especially that Jaime Lannister/Prince Charming looking dude. He’s probably the youngest of them because he doesn’t have that many fangs compared to the rest of them. In the lore the more teeth they have, the older they are.
I don't believe the Vampire gave the girl his blood to turn her, rather simply healed her in return for the older brother's servitude as a Vampire. If I remember correctly, Vampires can choose to either simply cure or turn people with their blood.
@@rickitycricket82 Developers explained that vampires in the game turn people into vampires by taking out one of their teeth and driving it into the human's heart, so i guess that feeding her his blood won't be enough for her to turn into a vampire. Also the main character suffers from silver poisoning from working in silver mines, that's why he is a dawnwalker (half human-half vampire) instead of fully vampire.
The devs in the reveal video said, the character has something that prevents him from turning fully into a vampire so during daytime he's human but in night time, he turns into vampire. Crazy!
2:37 The Carpathians are in the following countries: Romania, Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Ukraine, Austria, Serbia. The Serbian Carpathians cover 0.17% (only) of the total area of the Carpathians.
The game's gonna have a system where of good/evil where you are gonna the chance to feed yourself with innocent people but at the same time that's gonna end up with that zone being in "quarantine" or lockdown. So you're gonna have the chance to have the game "easier" by being more powerful but at the cost of less exploration, less shops and maybe even locking sidequests. It's a fantastic idea, you can play the game whoever you want. At the same time, if you do not feed yourself with human blood, you can end up eating a NPC before starting the conversation, and that can be a important character or not. IMO Those mechanics are fantastic.
From what I have heard vampires function differently here. You can't be turned into a vampire by being bitten. A vampire fang has to be planted in the human heart.
Because they didn't turn anybody on this cinematic lmao. They literally just healed. As for him, im not really sure, but he seems to have some kind of vampirism already.
I think he’s overhyping this game. It’s too much like Witcher3 to be goty. There’s nothing original here, even the Dawnwalker is borrowed from Blade’s Daywalker moniker.
1. The witcher 3 is peak 2. style ≠ the game is the same 3. Do you know what inspiration is? Is the concept of vampires a taboo too then? 4. Witcher 3 was goty when it still meant something, current "official" goty in itself is a worthless title either way, it‘s decided by select shills with politics in mind, not how good a game is.
They don't make games like this anymore

Nice copy paste. Bald vampire is confirmed to have been a Roman.
@@ThespianPrince13 Yeah bro, copy paste from my own comment lmao. And I commented it before it was known

Is it me, or does this dude look exactly like the main vampire general?

Definitely or not fully turn them and give them all their powers. We shall see

if someone told me this was Witcher IV Cinematic Trailer, I wouldn't be surprised.
He did not "turn her". He cured her plague.

Yeah I do agree that it has a deeper meaning that all "Things gonna be different now, for all of you" and also the one about fear. I agree 100%
Good video homie I'm your biggest fan
Great video! Keep up
Hello from Romania, Maramures! *Dawnwalker* 🤗👋
Bro you’re in the game! 😂 🧛♂️
0:15 does anyone else see what i see this guy looks like the vampire in the trailer 😂
Gosh I thought the actor was reviewing the trailer 😂
This remind me of Legacy of Kain and the Main Vampire Leader and Your Character Lowkey sound like Kain and Raziel
the word "vampire" comes from the Old Slavic language, these are Old Slavic legends
Tough to say that it would be GOTY, but I definitely am more excited for this game than I am for The Witcher 4.
Bro lowkey kinda looks like the main vampire guy and I don't mean that as an insult
Imo all the serious western devs should seek help from japanese companies, like rebel wolves did.
It would be interesting to watch this intro in Polish, it's on their channel
Watch where carpanian watch plague on 14th
I thing much more on this game wow this game is new gameplay 30 day 30 night open world
dude go watch entire presentation, your speculations are all wrong
I’d love to know why everyone has forgotten that you can’t turn someone into a vampire without drinking their blood before giving your own.

Lovecraft spawned an entire genre, do you call every Cthulhu mythos medium unoriginal too then?
Disingenuous ought to be your second name.
