Catfish Dave , I got my new boat about a month after you got yours. I got a trolling motor with "Spot Lock" or an Anchor control in it. That is what's missing on your boat. With fish and them dangblasted hot rod boats throwing ya off anchor, it's the best deal going. Getting it set up ain't to bad at all. After that ya hit a button and the boat is safely locked to that position until ya release it from there. Keep 'em rockin Dave!

Years ago I caught a softshell that was about 2ft across the shell. At the time we couldn't keep them here in Texas, no harvest allowed
