Cool to see the characters have their own little indoor meeting space. That must be new, it wasn't there when I was visited. I could also be your guide to Six Flags New England, as that's another park I've been to multiple times, in addition to Great Adventure.
Suggestion: plan your next visit to coincide with the Allaire State Park flea market. It's pretty close to the park and has some great vendors. 6 Flags is also pretty close to the Point Pleasant Beach board walk, which has a great aquarium and surprisingly fair crane games
You could try putting your phone in the lockers for el toro, ride el toro, then go straight to kingda ka and get your phone back out of the lockers afterward. or just put it in your car maybe.I don't know how long they let you leave items in the el toro lockers though.
I work at that Six Flags park, but do not represent the company. For the ride lockers, what you can do if you need to store your stuff in for multiple rides is rent a MOVEABLE locker. It's $10 and as the name implies, you can move it to different rides.

The creepy Genisis puppets were from a British TV show called Spitting Image, I'm a bit too young to have watched the original when it aired but they rebooted it a couple years back and it was awful!
Universal lets you take a fanny pack on most of the rides they don't let 'loose articles' onto. maybe you should get one so you can keep your phone on you.

Meanwhile, Medusa is operating only on one train, Flash pushed back to 2025 Passes for All Parks is official for use, no light packages for The Big Wheel, and Log Plume is still currently closed. Do better Six Flags Great Adventure.

Great Adventures was my park growing up. Well before six flags. The only thing i recognize is the fountain. Haven't been there since the 80's.
Kenny’s theme park takes will never get old. But the music playing in this park feels like they’re perpetually stuck in the 2010s 😂
