When I was in third grade, my mom committed suicide and I literally had no friends but then I moved and met so many amazing people that have helped me through everything. I’m in tenth grade now and I struggle a lot sometimes with my weight and thinking bad thoughts but I know that my friends are here for me. I told my dad I was depressed in eighth grade and I was officially diagnosed with an eating disorder, depression, and anxiety in ninth grade. I’m so thankful to have my friends and family and seeing you talk about that just made me realize how thankful I am for them because I don’t express it enough. I truly owe them my life because without them, I wouldn’t have one. I love your videos btw!! Coming from someone who’s recovered from anorexia and bulimia, the ED thoughts never truly disappear. The difference is how you’re able to fight them when they show up. You can do it. ❤️ Also, I 100% relate to the period issue. My depression is always at its worst in the few days leading up to my period, as well as the first couple days of it. I feel like it’s the pre existing mental illness coupled with the overload of hormones during my period.
