My strongest characters tier list: (ranked within a tier, tested with Battle Mode: Original Data: vs Shikamaru)
Very good: Sasuke Uchiha(Chidori: 2,2 hits), Kankuro(Roaring Crow: 2,2 hits), Sasori(Iron Sand Shower: 3 hits), Tenten(Iron Ball: 3,5 hits and Weapon Control: 3-4 hits), Neji Hyuga(64 Palms: 2,5 hits, but incredible hard timing)
Good: Kakashi(Lightning Blade: 4 hits), Gaara(Sand Shuriken: 4 hits in vicinity), Shikamaru(Shadow Paralysis: 8 hits and Trap Kunai: 18 hits), Kisame(Water Prison Jutsu + Five Claw Slash: 8+ hits successively)
Bad: Itachi Uchiha(2 Shadow Clones + Kunai, strong Tsukuyomi), Sai(Giant Eagles + Foo Dogs), Hiruko(after poisioning with mouth/arm, tail stun attack: 8 hits), Deidara(C1 Bird: multiplies per opponent)
Very Bad: Temari(Cyclone Scythe: 6 hits, but easy to dodge), Naruto Uzumaki, Rock Lee, Might Guy, Sakura

Complete " Akatsuki Mode " With Itachi
and sasuke will be unlocked
