On this channel you will see lot of my hobbies incuding automotive stuff, electronics, air pistol/rifle shooting and other DIY stuff. Appreciate your efforts. However, this car especially the old models are known for getting over heated. I changed the head gasket twice, replaced radiator caps, at last i had to scrap it.
After we removed the Thermostat it's been about 2 years now that problem never came back. Sad to hear that you had to scrap it.🥹
Tata nano and old maruti 800, which is comfortable for long journey specially rear seats and which is better on hills? Please suggest...!
Nano has better reae seats. 800 is better on hills.
Nana is best for long and hill station and is for best mileage car

@Vaibhav you can buy close to vehicle's IDV as mentioned in it's insurance policy.
Otherwise 80000 to 100000 is ok. Just check maintenance records and take a long 25-50 km trial before you buy.

Radiator bhi service karaiye ga. Lage to.
Mechanic jisse aap kaam kara rahe hain unko bataiye ki nano ka hisab dusri gaadiyo jaisa nahi Hota jisme pump aur head karna pade.. Mann ho to unki sun ke dekh lijiye.. paisa barbaad hoyega aur problem wahi ki wahi rahegi

Finally radiator me kachra aaya hai pata chala, to radiator me niche se water reliese karke usme full force me pani daale, ab problem kam hoa hai lekin starting me abhi bhi overheat ho raha hai..... Ek aadh kilometres ke baad pickup thik hone par problem nahi kar rahi hai... Abhi tak samajh nahi aaya problem kya hai
@The gazette news - aap Radiator, water pump, thermostat valve Sab check karwa lijiye. Bohot rare case me ecu ka comparator kharab Hota Hai Jo false alarm dega. Log Bosch ka ect hata ke Minda ka lagate Hai. Ap original Bosch ka ect sensor pe chalao kharab nahi Hota. Agar radiator me blockage Tha to clean Kara ke problem solve hogi. 98 degrees pe fan on hoga 92 degrees pe band hoga scanner se check karwaiye ga aur finally faults clear Kara ke trial kijiye ga lamba.

Remove thermostat sir. Also might have to get radiator service done if blockage is there.

Coolant circulation might not be proper. for that thermostat valve on engine block to be removed. erase fault codes using scan tool. and it's fixed.
I have nano lx 2011 model. When coolant temp reaches 99 degree fan starts. Temp comes down to 93. Agaim after 3-4 km again temp reaches to 100 again fan starts again temp reaches to 93. Why so early temp of coolant is rising. Please explain in English or Hindi.
That's normal. If you feel that isn't you can check thermostat, water pump & radiator blockage.

Remove the back side number plate
instead put a new radium sticker number plate down the tata logo. There are 3 square make them big by heksaw blade and see the difference. Millage and pick and nana will also not heat . Try it.

I have a 2013 tata nano cx. Last month I got my ac fixed. They changed fan motor and piping. After that yesterday I drove it for 200kms at the end of ride both lights started blinking and when I switched off the car it made hissing noise. Now today again when I started the car it's showing engine check light. What could be the issue? This is happening from past 2 days only
Coolant isn't circulating properly. Get it checked. Maybe it's a faulty Thermostat (above oil Filter) you can get it remove and continue driving. A Thermostat is like a vestigial organ . You will be happy without it 🙂

Yes but nano will go into self protection mode to prevent overheat . So better you get it sorted

1 Coolent change
2 rediyetor khol ke saaf Kara diya.
3 dono hospipe change Kara diya.
4engine oil change Kara diya.
5 headgesket change ho gai.
6 water pump change kar diya.
7. Head facing Kara diya.
8 valve graning Kara diya.
9 oil filter change Kara diya.
10 Thermostat valve change kar Diya.
11 temperature sensor change Kara diya.
12 HT cable change Kara diya.
13 dono spark plugs change Kara diya. Abhi bhi overheating ho jati hai 15 se 20 km chalne par Bina AC on kiye hi koi solution bataye bhaiya 🙏🙏🙏

When overheating check if fan is running or not at rear Bumper. It's supposed to go on at 98 degrees and cut off again once temperature drops to 92.
You should at this moment check if both upper and lower radiator hoses are equally warm (any should not be cold).
If all this good. You might have a bad comparator- try swapping another ecu and see if it's a actual fault or not.
Also you have mentioned that you changed the plug leads. Did you Also change the coil ?

Sir, मैं पुणे से हूं.mere pass nano lx 2011 model hai. abhi tak 25000 km chali hai.Abhi tak koi khas problem nahi aya hai. आजकल long dist. Jana hai to dar sa lagata hai. गाडी कही धोका ना दे. Kahi koi belt na toot jaye. Kahi heating ka problem na aa jaye. या कुछ भी प्रॉब्लेम आ सकता हैं क्योकी 10 साल हो गये हैं.प्रॉब्लेम वाले video बहुत देख चुका हूं.मेरा सवाल ये हैं की गाडी कही कुछ धोका ना दे रस्ते में future में तो क्या कुछ parts advance में change कर दु क्या ताकी रास्तेमे कम प्रॉब्लेम हो.for example, thermostate valve अभी निकाल दु क्या.प्लीज बताईये. मैं इस गाडी और 10 साल चलाना चाहता हूं. लेकिन possible नही लगता क्योकी spare parts नही मिलेंगे.रेजिस्ट्रेशन भी extend होगा की नही होगा पता नही. लेकिन और चार साल तो चलाही सकता हूं. मैं चाहता हूं की ये चार साल तो ये गाडी काम दे.बाद में चाहे scrap करना पडे.इसीलिये पूछ रहा हूं की कुछ parts अभी बदल डालू क्या. servicing center वाले लूटते हैं.
Sir it's machinery. even a car you purchase new can break the other day. & a 10 year old car might go 5 years without service. Nothing you can do much about it. just do the regular service.

Beep going off as Temperature reduces. Check light will come if ECT error is there. it should go off if everything is ok next time engine starts.

Hi, in short you got to check both coolant pipes going to radiator the top one and bottom one once the engine is warm running. if any of the two is cold you gotta remove the thermostat valve. #thetrick

Brother meri tata nano 50 km upar tak chalne k bad same warning symbols deti hai , bip sound bhi deti hai , coolant bhi full hai , kya problem hogi ?
chocked thermostat valve or broken water pump.
check thermostat first.
also check upper and lower hose pipes - both should get warm if one is getting warm while other remain cold suggest no coolant circulation.

Sir in 50k kms dhua to nahi aana chaiye. it might be case of a already overheated engine. ap coolant circulation check karwaye radiator ka dhakkan khol ke check kijiye ga top aur bottom dono pipes garam hone chahiye aur coolant fikna nahi chaiye radiator filler se agar aisa hai to shayad head gasket ka issue ho aur dhua band karne ke liye overhaul karna pade.

Sir meri gaadi 10 se 12 km chalne ke baad overheat aur check engine light ka beep deti hai tab main 20 se 30 minut gadi band kar deta hoon phir start karta hoon to phir 10 km chal jaati hai, maine machanic se check karwaya aur ab tak maine naya rediorter,naya thermostate valve aur naya thermostate sensar change kar chuka hoon nano ka rediorter fan chal raha hai coolant bhi hai kahin se coolant leakage bhi nahi hota hai gaadi abtak 20k km chali hai aur 10 km chalne par overheat ka beep de rahi koi solutions bataiey sir🙏🙏🙏🙏
thermostat valve nikal ke fek dijiye. aur gadi chalaiye badhiya. also bypass heater system if ac model it is. 🙏

head gasket me problem overheating se aati hai. tata company ke hisab se chalo aap. mujse mat pucho. good luck. 👍
safety features ke liye nahi jaldi operating Temperature aaye isiliye hota hai thermostat without thermostat ECT will keep idle up for longer duration for about 5-10 mins since the idle is high it will consume theoretically high fuel until ect gets temperature data and lower idle.
trust me this is the only option you have . go to tata authorised workshop they won't be able to help you either.

Hi brother, meri car 20 kms pr overheat hoke band ho jati h.. somebody suggested k radiator saaf krwalo, that charges 350/-.. should i go for that one or thermostat n waterpump dikhau... plzz suggest something 🙏🙏
You can get thermostat removed and radiator cleaned after you confirm plugs coil and plug leads are ok. Will suggest you go to a professional who does everything under one roof.
