Very weird that K State forever had the longhorns’ number until Tom Herman took the job. Texas is 6-0 against them since, and that includes some wins over some pretty solid K State teams (against some pretty lousy Texas teams)

Quinn felt maalik coming, so he had no choice but to lock in! I like both guys but man, there is something about maalik Murphy that I can’t put my finger on that makes him stand out to me and it’s not just the arm but dude is a straight baller.

Unless you want another situation like when Colt got knocked out of the final and our unprepared backup played well but wasn’t ready and we lost the last chance we had for a championship. They are letting these people go to save money. But, at the same time this saves the jobs of "behind the scene's employees who make far less money and are ciral to the company. My only gripe with espn is that they let go of Suzy Kolber. That was a class less move. Total disrespect. Jalen Rose as well. He's been there (at espn)for ages. Again, absolutely class less.
This season stands and falls with boy wonder Ewers. He has to make the right reads esp. under pressure. He was 37th in completion rate among all QBs. Thats unacceptable. 15TDs 5Int are mediocre pedestrian numbers for a number one overall recruit and his historic rating he needs to show up. Defense is there. A plethora of offensive weapons.
