I just turn the blacklight on. Sometime I use glow powders. This is a mix of everything and I added babypowder. I almost always use a bucket. Sometimes, for smaller videos I will do it on a table
I think u shud keep glow in d dark theme for ur 35000celebration...for sure I need one....whatever u do water crumble corn starch evry thing u do in blaklight...sumtyms v fall short of ideas hope mine help s you... awesomeness in vdo😍🤩

about 10 minutes to make and they dry in about 8 hours in the dehydrator.
