Very late reply but you can make a similar DIY version at home. All you need is an old freezer and a snowmaker (th-cam.com/video/yfK2IVwM3kw/w-d-xo.html). Put the snowmaker in the freezer and it will make snow. Shovel it out/ install a conveyer belt and you get the same result.😊
I wish this video showed how this thing works and maybe someone making some turns on a packed patch.
