They stopped installing the rumbler, as they constantly broke down. They were installed for heavy traffic/intersections, and were possibly getting over used, which might have led to their constant disconnect. As well, they cause a vibration inside the Ambulance, which is not optimal for the environment of the Paramedics, patients. They are still working on some of the GM units still, and are included on each 5000 km inspection, apparently according to my sources.
