I have terrible anxiety attacks in the middle of the night after being woken up abruptly. Sometimes my brain and body wakes it’s self up durning the shutting down phase before the actual dream state thinking something is wrong. Which for some reason triggers these like I’m having now. You don’t know how many times I’ve listened to this exact video to put myself back to sleep.
