Personally I'd just say Revert his nerfs at this point ; The new characters either have insane mobility or damage that eclipses prime Kirishima anyway. If they revert him, he'd fit right in without being crazy
Everyone dunks on the poor guy and are capable of doing more damage than him 😭
His ass does 200 for a gamma and 150 for 3 betas and he has more health then all might and his gamma is impossible to dodge unless you are insanely skilled at dodges he does not need a buff

Playing against Season 2 Kirishima was an absolute nightmare, it was very easy to run into him and get bullied hard. With time and new characters released, I definitely think some changes have to be made to him in order to keep up with the way the meta has shifted. Most of the new skills and characters can run circles around him or otherwise invalidate parts of his kit and although I don't want to see a resurgence of him three-tapping characters, I do think he needs a bit of a quality of life update.
I used to hate running into him but now if I see him he's not a threat at all
Kirishima is a end game kind of character. Otherwise, heavily team reliant like other characters.
He feels so rough getting to that phase

Never seen his alpha get all hits on a high level like that. High damage and armor for a assault unit
Its completely possible to have a good, well balanced scrapper type in a game like this, Byking just hasn't gotten it right yet. Given how long its taken them to fix the more damaging game breaking bugs though, I don't have much faith they'll get it right anytime soon. Poor Kirishima.
I wish Kirishima were better man, the melee play style is so fun and Mirio just doesn't cut it for me.
Mirio doesn’t feel that melee based anyway with his alpha being able to snipe people at a decent range
that special armor "gauge" that you mentioned seems the way to go about it, that would make it more usable without becoming unbearably annoying to fight as he was in the past and without being as useless at it is now, also maybe not needing an animation or it being near instant to start.

Agreed he feels very underwhelming until u level everything max for late game
His Special action you shouldn’t be knocked out of but it shouldn’t negate knock back the amount of times using an endeavor beta didn’t deter a kirishima running at me was so frustrating
Make him unable to take damage or knock back in his special action but the more he gets hit the more his meter goes down. I think this would make him a step closer to really being unbreakable and more fun to play

Kirishima its an endgame monster, but in the early he suffers a lot. The devs needs to adjust the gamma in the lvls 1-8. And maybe giving him an extra alpha in the lvl4, so he can have 4 shots, or just like mirio and have the extra shot in the lvl 7
I can agree his speed is slow but his moves still need nerfing
Imo they should give Kirishima another gamma at level 9 and increase his movement speed. Making him a bit more threatening than he is currently. Revert his hardening so moves won't hit him out of it. He's just not as threatening as he used to be
A second gamma might be a little too far as it has a huge radius and damage at level 9 maybe if they decrease the damage with it
@@trashjunkies Strike Deku's beta at level 9 at max height has a larger radius than Kirishima's gamma at level 9. I wouldn't mind if they nerf his gamma a little and give him another ammo count.

In my opinion ibara holds that title because all her moves are still glitchy but kirishimas downfall needs to be studied
I can somewhat agree with this but she does insane damage now at range and has a high damaging close range beta with her gamma as well

Honestly the buffs I think he deserves are the ones which you suggested. However what I would do in addition to those buffs would be to turn his alpha into a gap closing ability rather than a weird hybrid of mobility and damage output, which as it is at the moment is really inconsistent *cough* *cough* 9 months into this game and still not fixed.
For example I would make the initial burst of using alpha significantly travel further and faster. Additionally, I would make it so you can use it to travel up the side of buildings. So it would be like he is digging into the wall to scale it. I think this way it keeps his kit stay true to his unique identity as a character, whilst not being too similar to other characters. (For example Mirio's alpha kick being Mount Lady's Gamma kick) .
From a balance perspective it would mean that he still cannot chase you vertically /diagonally without using resources or catching you immediately, because if I was playing Ilda and I Alpha away I would hate it if a Kiri could catch me even thought I am a rapid.
Overall there a definitely ways to buff him but its always hard to balance a stat stick character because its incredibly frustrating to go against depending on character.
I really like the idea of alpha becoming a burst option with some end lag to increase his chase game, they go also just give him a 4th alpha at level 9 instead of 3

Please devs show some love to my favourite character😢. His beta till u get lv 9 do no damage for me (lv1 80 damage fr??), gamma lv9 its crazy for aoe but most of the times u cant reach 2 moves at lv 9. And the special action that get cancelled by dabi traps whyyy😂. Rn i see more compress or ibara than kirishima (also because their buff and its good so i hope also kiri will receive that buffs) and as u said in the video everytime i play him for u to hit a single beta u receive idk a guardbreak from characters like deku that can hit u till u reach them for hit them 1 time cause they can roll and kiri dont do so much damage anymore😢😢
I still think Kendo is worse I think her alpha should get an aim mode like Deku red or Ibara

All they have to do is give him half of his beta damage back and he'd be fine. 130 damage to forced knockdown on a close range attack with lots of end lag is abysmal. At max level it should be 150 minimum. They could also remove the end lag and make the beta flow more and fix him that way.
The end lag is needed though, how will other melee characters like iida fight back without it
@@LatentheatfussionGood point. Honestly though melee characters without grabs or ways to get through hardening are few and far between, and they're rapids. Kiri has like 8 characters that hard counter him I wouldn't mind him having like 2 or 3 good matchups.

ok, first of all, slowest run speed in game is cementoss and endeavor. kiri was nerfed very low and only due to he was the cheapest and brainded char, all and i mean ALL of his moves have an absurd armor that ignores even todoroki´s freezing, at high level he can climb a building with a single B, almost reach no floating ochaco and froppy with two or three A, speed chars cant run reliably from him, not to mention he downs them with only two hits, Beta to Gamma the most damaging and guaranteed combo in the game (even more damage than red chars). he doesnt have a bad matchup against any char, buffing him back would only lead to make him the absolute braindead he was in seasons 1-2, only see less play cause people doesnt have his easy mode active now.
Do you even saw your own gameplay? you just have to spam moves and win against anything in the game, theres even no trade, he always wins the clash

@@trashjunkies i literally use him just to try getting his badge and theres no game i go with less than 8 kills (and i never use special action), im just throwing facts, a surprise B just lead to a guaranteed gamma and guess what? thats 350 hp damage, its not a matter of knowing how to fight him or not, the char is cheap af and the nerfs were an absolute need (specially hardening, cause ignoring anything and receiving only 10% damage of any move, yeah, worst char for sure)
and as i said, he only see less play cause you already need to use your brain, thing that apparently people doesnt like to
