One of the greatest solos ever! So epic & perfect for the Unforgiven…thanks to Bob Rock for getting it out of him….we all need that extra push sometimes to truly reach our potential!🤙🏾
Here he played perfectly like when he first did the solo in the studio making the black album and bob rock was impressed with Kirk for making the “guitar solo of the year”
@@PICCOLOLYON I don't understand your question. The song was written and recorded at a speed, why play it slower or faster? It happens because drummer can't keep time.
@@pizzasaurolophus And ? It’s fucking metal, metal band always played faster live, if u wanna hear studio version stay at home, i wish groups would play more « custom » in live, but now they try to stick to the studio version and that’s shit.
If you have seen the documentary where Bob Rock tortured him to get this solo out of Kirk you’ll realize just how much pain he had to go through for such a beautiful final product. Btw, this is not his best solo, that’s still clearly the Fade to Black outro 🤗
One of the grand ole examples (Bob and Lars bully Kirk to solo perfection) of hard coaching/border line hazing which would maybe not fly with today's snowflake soccer mom types because it's "toxic". Totally 💯 percent objectively effective 🤣
His most beautiful solo
I agree
no man
Fade To Black
love to see the greeny still rockin’ 👏
not blues anymore though

Must be tough having a dad and mom like James and Lars.
🤣
i love when he do improvisation in his own solo
It took awhile but finally he learned to play that solo in a convincing way.

I honestly think the sound is re-recorded. It's sounds too good for Kirk. Either that or he really improved
I like this solo keep it up
It is awesome seeing Greeny being played like it should be.
Absolutely nailed it
no habia visto a kirk hammett usar la gibson, ya era hora
fuckin a hundred years later and lars still playing too fast
whats the problem of playing too fast ?

Kirk is not underrated; he is fully appreciated and admired by the people who understand.
nah, is completely rated perfectly as a mediocre and boring guitar player

And OFCOURSE Lars playing too fast again
MANS GOING ON LIKE SLASH FAM
I read a comment on Tiktok that said Kirk Hammett's solos were sh!t and that he lost technique but I hear it just as well
Translate to english
It's a great solo, but this performance is like they're actively trying to stay out of time with each other.
damn, he completely missed the beat, haha )
Terrible performance and an insult to audience.
This one is not that bad by Kirk's standards TBH
