Mam i tried the Oreo crush recipe and turned out amazing. Thank you for the recipe, but it wasn't soft like the store bought ice cream. It was a little hard with crystal formation. Is that normal? I had 1.5 ltrs milk to took measurement as given by you for a liter of milk and half of it for the extra .5ltrs. Please advise.

I just tried this recipe,in start of beating all is good , ice cream mix turns double volume and in peaks,just like whipping cream,it was holding its shape,but after 5 min it turns liquid although it does no loose its volume..is it normal? My milk is 1/2 liter ,half quantity of yours,so time of beating should b reduced?? Moreover i added tutti fruity n they all sinked to bottom..what should b done so they will b evenly distributed n not at bottom.

It is not harmful if used in limited quantity. Most commercial icecreams contain this. But it is best to avoid it. Or not overeat.
