This hymn, dedicated to Aljaraque; It is a tribute to the magical years of childhood and the always delicate figure of the primary schools of the towns; landscapes in which students experience the wonderful sensation of shared knowledge. The lyrics describe distinctive elements of childhood at the 'Antonio Guerrero' School in the town of Aljaraque, in the Andalusian province of Huelva; although perhaps they could connect with other places. The magical years, always delicate and intense, are part of the identity of the people.

    SOME INFORMATION ABOUT DAVID GARRIDO GUIL:
    Spanish composer, producer and multi-instrumentalist specialized in Soundtracks. Musically, Critics connect David with the 'New Age' due to his impressionistic character. His first album, 'Campos de agua', classified as a classic of the genre, placed him at the international avant-garde; and his project 'The Sound of Time', with 100,000 copies sold, is a 'New Age' reference work in Spain.
    His discography has 16 titles; having shared projects with Lisa Gerrard, Brian Eno, María Barrio Insausti, John Parsons, Luis Delgado, María Barrio, Sonia García Ranz, Enrique Mateu or Luis Paniagua, among others.
    His new album, 'Los Años Mágicos' (2024) was born from the invitation to compose the anthem (lyrics & Music) of the 'Antonio Guerrero' school of his childhood in the Huelva town of Aljaraque (Andalusia-Spain); and features Rosa Cabrera, Mercedes Vélez, Sonia García Ranz, Luis Paniagua, Santiago Domínguez Vasallo, Carlos Beceiro, Fernando Rubio and Manuel Galán, among others. The album contains seven variations on the hymn.
    Among his recognitions are: Akademia Music Awards Award (USA) for Best Instrumental Album (2021), Akademia Outstanding Legacy 2022 Award (USA) for his discography, Bronze medal at the Global Music Awards 2022 (USA) ; 17 nominations and semi-finalist in 10 categories at the Independent Music Awards (Spain) (2020, 2021, 2022 and 2024); six Latin Grammy nominations (2021 and 2022); a nomination for the Hollywood Music in Media Awards in 2021 (USA), 'Onubense of the Year 2022 in Art and Culture' (Diario Huelva Información)(Spain) and 'Induction Academia Hall of Fame' Award (USA) ( 2023).
    In addition to his classical musical training, David is a historian, specialist in Cultural and Musical Heritage. He is currently an audiovisual producer for the Golden Harp Project team, of which he is a founding member.
