To be honest, I enjoy when matches are salty and super competitive like this. If you can see past it and actually remember it’s a game it just makes it more fun lol
I remember yak yola, a few friends and I played against him and a couple of his (I assume) friends during that one event mode that was essentially a cross between tribute and dom. For three games straight they just stood in spawn, emote spamming while spamming thanks. Weird gamers, for sure.
Just a quick word of advice from a shaman main, if you’re getting ganked by a shaman never lock on to her. She basically has no way to pressure you outside of the heavy finisher. Super easy to external parry the dagger :P
I know you have you're own unique play style. But a tip I like to use against fighting shaman is ALWAYS keep my guard on the side their zone comes from. As long as you block the first hit in the zone, you can parry the second hit an go back to offense

Great point about people defaulting to patterns especially in critical health is one of the fun parts of this game, a player with a strong mindset and good mindgames always has a chance.
Ηito main also here, max punish is front throw=>any side light=>fully chaged unblockable If u have the stam(n the stam regen skill) then u can go: Any side light=>normal chain heavy =>(opponent wakes up) but u are still in ur chain so u can keep the pressure. But u miss out on like 10-14dmg idk how much exactly Some people say, zone into fully charged chain heavy unblockable on front throw but that is HORRIBLE. All ur stam is gone Bonus tips for trading(like kensei) If shaman/gladiator deflects ur light u can smack em with hyperarmor heavy(comes out fast) If they deflect your heavy(just like the shaman in ur vid) u can trade with chain light attack with hyperarmor. Against kyoshin u can do ur zone attack while he is in kaze stance ON PORPUSE so u smack with the chain hyperarmor heavy after (while they think they get their stupid tickling attack) Lastly, ur 4th insta kill feat is guaranteed on out of stamina throw. If they out of stamina n u throw em Or if u get revenge and throw em Or if u time ur revenge while they attack and they fall down. One cheeky thibg u can do if ur teamates gang is wait till the enemy has revenge. Then use ur 4tth feat while they are in revenge.stand behind em or at an off-angle preferably Usually 90% of the time they don't expect it bcs while in revenge they are aggressive. (it insta kills in revenger mode as well)

Its good practice tbh. If you play a hero that you have difficulty with you can get a better idea on how they work making matching up against them a little easier
