A good idea, only issue is trinity checks, Cummerbund and negative buoyancy.
Plus finding ballistics that can be submerged and saturated completely in all diving environments but remain effective.
I wouldn't be surprised if some Boffins invented it to be honest!
I'm liking the 6-12 attachment system.
