Sounds light years more bumble than in that ridiculous docuseries. What he left out, though, is that suddenly the defenses had 11 velociraptors running around with bad intentions. The SEC is different and the first example should be the defenses (most notably the DL).
He wasn’t kidding. Once he got comfortable in that offense he was lighting shit up. And now he’s fully comfortable with it, with coaches and players who believe in him. I think he’s gonna have a huge year

While Rattler’s shortcomings at OU are mainly his own fault, including his attitude and cockiness, there’s probably a lot of truth to what he’s saying. The Big 12 is notorious for playing very little defense and having incredible offense. Having the best offense probably enhances those numbers. And yes two of those guys at OU were heisman winners, and one was a finalist but looking back now, only Jalen Hurts is looking like a good NFL player. Baker is largely a disappointment and Kyler Murray before his injury was heading in the same direction. I’m not saying that Rattler isn’t to blame for the fact that he didn’t work out over there, he couldn’t play well enough to hold off Caleb Williams, but I wouldn’t immediately dismiss what he’s saying because of his past.
