Wushu is both an exhibition and a full contact sport derived from traditional and ancient Chinese martial arts. Wushu as a sport enhances the physical health of young children and boosts their mental health, self confidence, and self esteem. Wushu is characterized by its vibrant and fluid motions along with its rolling techniques and aerial kicks. Wushu does not only teach one how to kick, jump and spin, but gives you lessons you can live your whole life by discipline and self-control. Most importantly, wushu teaches you about you, how you can be a real human being. Wushu trains you in speed, strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, and self-defense.
