- Ifisashi is a traditional vegetarian dish from Zambia that is prepared with Kale/ Rape spinach, Chinese Cabbage, Pumpkin Leaves and peanuts. It is typically served with nshima.
Ifisashi is a term used to describe a dish that is prepared with groundnuts in Zambia. Most of Zambian cuisine especially vegetables can be turned into ifisashi but the common ones are chibwabwa (pumpkin leaves) , and (cassava leaves). In this recipe, the ifisashi dish we are making uses chibwabwa (pumpkin leaves).

Yes you can use it 1 1/2 tablespoons of peanut butter it is so yummy
