I am a nephrologist and kidney doctor who believes that the best tool to reduce the burden of kidney disease globally is not medication, lab tests, or even genetics research. Instead, knowledge of kidney disease can best protect our kidneys.
This channel is part of the kidney disease awareness project I have worked on for years. It started with long conversations with kidney patients in the office and hospital. During these conversations, I was perplexed to see patients’ lack of knowledge about their kidney disease.
To fill this gap, I developed a blog for kidney disease patients, “Kidneyblogs.com,” where patients could find the correct information-and access a nephrologist for kidney-related questions. But then, I realised that not all Urdu- and Hindi-speaking patients could read English, and many preferred listening. This revelation led to the formation of the TH-cam channel you will explore.

Sir, I have been diagnosed by I cidental ultrasound checkup that my one kidney is shrinked and the other one is also effected but the probl m I m confronting is the diat and restrictions told by doctors. I m very active person throughout my life regarding diet and exercise and diet and never took any steroids or supplements but how I get on this problem , shocking for me and now getting depress day by day because of no healthy diet and exercise. Regular visitor to NICVD AND DOW hospital Karachi… specialist dr never ask for healthy lifestyle, diet … only write medicine and unnecessary test . Senior dr at DOW recommended ct ingography whose blood pressure was normal, cholesterol and triglycerides were normal only on the basis of ecg …without doing echo he directly did ct engography test Rs 35thousands …Dr especially senior dr hungry of money….
