Attempted murder, attempted kidnapping, child endangerment, multiple RO violations, multiple arrests for said violations, and yet the court has done nothing. Sounds about right. 😒
The moment a grandparent, or anyone that isn't the mother or father, refers to a child that isn't theirs as "My baby", you run.... very far and very fast. This isn't just a case of baby rabies. They are showing you that they are insane.
Well, my maternal grandmother used to call me her baby when I was little. I suppose it was because was her first born female grandchild out of five grandchildren. But my grandmother was not crazy like this woman described here.
I’m sorry but at that point I’d tell my child “Gramma is never seeing you again because she’s a serious threat to your health and well being. She’s the one who put you in the hospital by making you eat something that isn’t good for you.” And they would not contact her, they’d take her into custody. She’s violated that restraining order multiple times. She’d be in custody and they wouldn’t release her because she’s clearly a danger to herself and others.
I suppose hubby never had allergies when he was a kid. Or he would have never survived childhood. MIL is absolutely unhinged. The food was not the exception to her obsession. It was the last straw. She put her feelings above the health and well being of a child. She has to be held accountable.
So courts just ignore attempted murder on a minor? Or what? Cause she is a woman slap on the wrists? If it was a man would be in prison. The justice system is messed up
How did the paramedic find the cookie in the room, if they were on the way to the hospital? So MIL tries to kidnap the kid and mom just sits in the house: who does that? Restraining order only good for the city or county it was issued in does not go across state lines - Come on AI do better.

She should have been charged with attempt at murder sense she said if I can't have her nobody can.
It's a story

Shouldn’t have taken that long for her to face consequences and a man would’ve been in prison already

'wasn't invited to the other ..'... gee whiz, I wonder why
Funny, this Emil.
I think it is MIL.
This MIL is dangerous.
Emil is a boys name in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Get a camera outside
They had cameras
Sadly, cameras can't keep people away.
