This looks like such a cute park. But my favorite Sanrio character, Aggretsuko, is nowhere to be found there. I also love Chococat and didn't see much of him either.
Aggretsuko is still pretty new, but I do hope one day they add a karaoke area for her. I know she skews more of an adult audience but so does Gudetama.

I personally wish puroland had more stuff to do especially for the older audiences (primarily for teens) than just the boat ride and stuff but I suppose if a teenager is going they're most likely a pretty big sanrio fan in the first place
I miss the Sanrio store we had near us as a kid. Keroppi was my favorite as a kid and when I got older I fell in love with all the characters but now I love kuromi or little twin stars but they are all so cute. We use to go into the store spend 5 bucks for a mystery bag which usually had stationary which was cool to show off at school. I think that is what started my pen collection. Your girl has all the cute pens ones with gems and diamonds, stars, clouds, rainbows.
My first retail job out of high school in the early 90’s was a Sanrio Surprises store at the mall. I ended up having all sorts of things from there. I still have a hello Kitty small suitcase from there that was meant for a child. My husband recently gave me Hello Kitty sushi socks for my birthday. I always loved adding a trinket to the bags we sold. Keroppi was my favorite and loved Cinnamaroll when it was introduced.
there used to be a small official sanrio booth and store at my local malls!! when i was a kid i would always eat the yummy gums they had but im really sad that nearly all of them closed down :(

I went to Puroland in Jan 2020, while it’s definitely geared towards kids as an adult fan of Sanrio I still had fun seeing the characters and playing the games! I liked the Gudetama attraction where he interviews people in the audience too.
I screamed with joy when I saw Tuxedo Sam! I've been to Puroland once before, but he wasn't a mascot that day. I'm hoping I see him this year when we visit again. Thank you for being so thorough when making this video! ♡

I remember visiting this place when my dad was living near Tokyo. It's been so long that I don't know if they still have it, but there was a bookshelf where the books would "fall" out. Every summer I visited, my dad would take us there. Wish I could go back
I went a few years ago when visiting Tokyo and I found it a bit inaccessible as a non-Japanese speaker. I liked the station more than the park haha. I wish I’d done more research before I went so I could’ve made more of my trip but I didn’t want to spoil anything. Happy to relive it through your video :)

Thanks for the in depth tour! We were there a few years ago and missed some of the details. As for the rides, they are soooo CUTE but my 5’8” husband barely fit in the My Melody one. He had to curl up his knees. Surprised they still let him on, lol!

Been curious about what's inside Puroland. So basically it isn't like your typical amusement park that is full of rides. Maybe it is more for the experience of meeting the characters.
There are so many things I want to see in Japan but we can’t do it all in one trip and it takes 14 hours to fly there! Planning to do Tokyo, Kyoto and then come back for Disney before flying home. Now I want to visit the Sanrio park

as someone who doesn't eat pork, it can be pretty difficult to navigate food choices in japan sometimes
I’m vegan so I don’t think I could eat anything there 😭 Even the soy milk yogurt has dairy whipped cream. I would probably have to eat beforehand lol
