I watched the rest of the video and it's way worse. As the woman was attempting to giver her testimony you could see her looking off to the side SO much at the same time her abuser was looking too. I knew something was off just seeing her. The lawyer defending the guy was also putting words in the judges mouth and the judge didn't even tell him to stop. The judge just didn't care and the attorney wanted the case over with. It wasn't until the prosecutor, the woman who said something, pointed out what was wrong with the woman giving her testimony. The guy said he was in lithonia or something and wouldn't cooperate with the judge by showing him his street address claiming his phone was at 2% battery plugged into the wall. Of course it wasn't and at that point the police were called. The police officer in the video was a class act and when the other officers were called to the woman's house he made sure he was talking to them and confirmed she was safe because both the woman's phone and the guys phone went dark. The lawyer defending the guy just look mortified and pretty much left the chat after watching his client be arrested for recording himself to the judge on the phone of the woman he abused. His bond is set at over $1 million dollars because he also has an estate and other charges if I'm not mistaken that make him a flight risk.
