The dealer assistant to the right off/camera mostly was interesting to note. Appears they previewed the dealer hand each time. Sped the game, though.

It's a poker room, so that person you're referring to is the banker.
It’s a Florida card room, not a casino. You play against a banker who’s company backs the money. Dealer just converts cash to chips and deals the cards. You can be a banker for about $60,000 or something like that.
The person on the side with chips is the banker. She plays against the banker. The poker room just supplies the table and the dealers
There is a banker to the right that “banks” the games. The dealer just provides a service by dealing the cards. The cardroom doesn’t bank the games.
